Week 13 · Meaningful moments

What are the most meaningful moments I remember from this year? Who was with me? What do I want to tell them?

Some of the moments that matter most never appear on a Scorecard. Give yourself a little room to remember the people and experiences that made this year meaningful. If someone comes to mind, consider telling them what that moment meant to you.

Use AI for a guided Clarity Break

Copy this into the AI tool you use. It will ask one question at a time and help you discover your own answer.

Guide me through a gentle reflection on the most meaningful moments I remember from this year. Ask one question at a time and let me choose where to begin. Invite memories from work, family, friendships, community, and time spent doing things I care about, without assuming which areas mattered most. For each moment, ask who was with me, what happened, and why it stays with me. Do not invent memories or push me to frame a difficult experience positively. Help me notice what those moments reveal about the people and experiences I value. At the end, summarize the moments in my words and ask what I want to tell the people involved. If I ask, help me draft a personal note for my review; do not send anything.

Use judgment with confidential information. Keep names, personal details, and sensitive company data out of a public AI tool unless your organization has approved that use.
