Use AI for a guided Clarity Break
Copy this into the AI tool you use. It will ask one question at a time and help you discover your own answer.
Take me through a confidential leadership discovery exercise on this question: ‘Which of my team members needs more of my time and attention this quarter?’ Ask about one person at a time and use only the information I choose to share. Help me examine clarity of expectations, performance trends, confidence, workload, growth, changing responsibilities, and the quality of our communication. Challenge me to separate evidence from assumptions and coaching from rescuing. Do not diagnose people or recommend employment action. At the end, summarize who may benefit from attention, why, the kind of support that could help, one conversation to schedule, and what outcome I want from it. Remind me not to enter sensitive personal or confidential information.
Use judgment with confidential information. Keep names, personal details, and sensitive company data out of a public AI tool unless your organization has approved that use.
