Week 09 · Gratitude and progress

What am I most grateful for today? What progress have we made in the last year? Who do I want to thank for helping me this year?

Take a little time today to notice what is good, what has changed, and who helped make it possible. Progress can be easy to miss when your attention moves straight to the next thing. You can use these questions on your own or share them with someone you appreciate.

Use AI for a guided Clarity Break

Copy this into the AI tool you use. It will ask one question at a time and help you discover your own answer.

Help me reflect on gratitude, progress, and the people who helped me this year. Ask one question at a time. Start with what I am grateful for today, then help me notice specific progress in my business, relationships, and personal life over the last year. Ask what was different a year ago and invite concrete memories rather than general statements. Help me identify the people who contributed and what their help meant to me. Do not invent achievements, relationships, or reasons for gratitude. At the end, summarize what I noticed and ask whom I want to thank. If I want help putting that into words, draft a short, personal note using only what I shared for me to review. Do not send anything.

Use judgment with confidential information. Keep names, personal details, and sensitive company data out of a public AI tool unless your organization has approved that use.
