Facilitate a discovery exercise about our Level 10 Meetings. Ask one question at a time about consistency, preparation, the Scorecard, Rock review, headlines, To-Dos, Issues List quality, time spent in IDS, participation, start and end times, and meeting ratings. Ask for examples and patterns rather than accepting general impressions. Help me identify the single constraint that, if improved, would raise the quality of the whole meeting. Do not redesign the EOS agenda. At the end, summarize the evidence, the one improvement to test, who should own it, what we will do for the next four meetings, and how we will know it helped.
