Use AI for a guided Clarity Break
Copy this into the AI tool you use. It will ask one question at a time and help you discover your own answer.
Guide me through a discovery exercise about how our team uses IDS. Ask one question at a time. Help me compare the Issues we choose with our Vision, Rocks, Scorecard, customers, cash, people, and time-sensitive risks. Ask whether we select the most important Issue or the easiest and loudest one. Then probe whether the stated Issue is a symptom, whether the discussion stays open and focused, and whether the solve produces a clear decision or To-Do. At the end, summarize the patterns, the prioritization filters we should test, and one meeting behavior to change next week.
Use judgment with confidential information. Keep names, personal details, and sensitive company data out of a public AI tool unless your organization has approved that use.
